Terms of service

The service is B2B SaaS for energy optimisation. Figures without a live connector are illustrative/simulated and are not certified energy or legal advice.

Live hardware control stays off by default. The customer remains responsible for safety, grid limits and approvals.

Subscriptions run via Stripe; trials end automatically. Abuse, scraping or bypassing rate limits is prohibited.

Liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
